My Prince has Arrived... Part 2

The happiest day of my life.

All because my Prince has finally arrived.
In Singapore. For Me.

Like he always says, "the things I do for you.." and he shakes his head with a smile.

After we hugged and kissed, I brought him to take a cab down to the hotel. He puts his hand on my waist and hug me close. God, my heart is already pounding and I suddenly remember what they say about body language: "The hand at the waist indicates he wants to hold you close and never let you go". I blushed at the thought and love it so much. Plus, he's tall and I have always wanted my bf to be so much taller than me that I could bury my head in his chest. Guess what? I'm the luckiest girl in the world, 'cos he is my dream come true!!

All this time, we laughed and joked and he looked at me the same way he did online... In a way that says he loves me. I feel myself getting wet just by looking at the way he looks at me... And we hugged close, he held my hand as I show him some of the sights along the way. When we passed the big Ferris Wheel, he turned and said to me, "Ah, that one. Yes, I know about that. I told you that it just started operating a couple of days back and its fully booked till Sept!" I laughed and teased him, wasn't that what I told you?? he said, nope! I read it on the news!! I warmed at the thought that he took time to learn about what was going on in my country, in my life. And I love him all the more for it.

He stayed at Merchant Court, Swissotel for the next 3 days. I have not had dinner, so soon after we settled, we went down to Clarke Quay to have dinner. We went to Jumbo for a chinese dinner and we ordered some nice dishes. We ate and chatted like we were long friends. In a way, yeah, we've known each other for a year plus now and that feeling of familiarity just settled in the air around us. And I love the way he looked... so fit and strong! Oh, not forgetting that little "chopstick" thingy... He look soooo adorable trying NOT to be a foreigner and failing oh-so-miserably! hahaha... Best first date! =p

One Day, My Prince Finally Came!!!!!!!!

He came!!

After so many months of planning for it, thinking about it, and after sooo many disappointments, he finally came.

I'm so glad he came, that I forgot all the (few) times he didn't make it. Nothing else matters that he's here!! Now, I am going to recount every single detail of his 8 days visit here... Because I want to remember every single detail!

First Day - 1st March 2008

I was suppose to go to the airport to meet him. I was so nervous I didn't know what I was doing. I wanted to go get a brazilian wax done, 'cos I know he likes it... but i could not get a slot. So I went Tampanies mall, shopping around, hoping to find one where I could go... In the end, I only got my underarm and legs waxed, and I went to do my eyebrows. I even went to have a little hair treatment so that I can look my best! All for him!!

Finally, it was about time to go to the airport. Because I am going alone, i worked myself up into some nerves in the car and on my way there... I hope he recognises me! What if he didn't? What if we missed each other?? What if he didn't like me?? What if..... God! All those thoughts were flying across my mind like pistol shots... That's how nervous I was!

It was in this state of mind that I went to look for him. I thought that it would usually take about an hour before I would start seeing him, even after the plane has landed, what with all the immigration checks and everything... But I was soooo wrong! 10 mins after I arrived, his flight landed and another 20 mins later, the first luggages were seen. I went there waiting for my prince to arrive, all those pistol shots start firing away again in my head... And then, I thought I saw him!! You know, all big and tall and looking around for someone... and he looked right past me!!!!! God! that cannot be him!! He would recognise me!!!

Frantically, I start looking around for someone else who could be my prince and i could not spot him... there were just too many people!!! Suddenly, I got so frantic i was almost light-headed and when I turned back, I just saw him!! He was just getting right out the door and coming straight at me!!! I was soooo relieved, I forgot everything when he hugged me! and he kissed me right on my lips. I was a little shy suddenly but then again, it felt so right.

MY PRINCE HAS ARRIVED.
